Your first year in a relationship is always going to have its ups and downs. Let me show you how to make those more ups than downs.


Remember: This timeline isn’t after you meet. It’s after you’ve been dating and you like each other enough to make it exclusive.


3 Weeks In


The getting-to-know-you stage in the hay should be over. It’s time to start experimenting. Just make sure both of you are on the same page.



3 Months In


Don’t let it get boring. Don’t let sleeping together turn into actually .. you know, sleeping together. Make sure you do things to make her want you. After a few months this will turn from passionate foreplay to things like fixing her lunch to doing the dishes, etc.. There are different things that will make her want to please you sexually than the normal sexual things you want to do. Find out what she wants and don’t let it get old.



6 Months In


You fight dirty. You apologize dirtier. Women will never admit that they are wrong. When she is mad she will hate you. But you know what comes with hate? Hate sex. Or make up sex. Whatever you want to call it. I’ll admit, this is some of the best sex you will ever have.



Even if you know you did anything wrong, for some reason there is nothing sexier than a guy who is willing to take the fall for a fight. This gives them the incentive to do uncompromising things later when she wants to take it back.



If you are a pro, you can get away without even apologizing. If you didn’t do anything wrong, and you touch her in the right places, you’ll have her realizing you didn’t do anything wrong, pleasuring you and her at the same time.



9 Months In


Flirt flirt flirt. Jealousy starts kicking in right about now. You may be innocently asking a waitress questions about food recommendations or making innocent conversations with one of her friends to break the ice, she will see it as you being a flirt. The secret? Be upfront about it and take it with you. Starting from celebrity crushes, don’t hide the fact of whatever girls you check out. Granted she may not look like the celebs you mention but being open about it it, she will start letting you know who she thinks is ‘hot’ or whatever it may be. Whether she really thinks this or not is not the point. The point is she is getting to know what is attracting you and will do her best to do that for you. If that doesn’t make you want her, then believe me you don’t really want her.



1 Year In


You Made It! You survived your first year in the relationship. First anniversary gift. What does she want? Is it money? Is it jewelry? Is it Diamonds? Who knows. What works? Marathons sex! Not at home. Go on vacation. Vegas?! That always work. Pamper your woman. Give her a day at the spa to pleasure her and relax her. Get her a sexy outfit and she will pleasure and relax you. Then take her to a nice restaurant and out for a night on the town to celebrate making in one year in. Which will end with both of you hot and ready back in your hotel room.

The holidays are here! But they are here multiple times a year when Geo’s involved. Here is Geo’s Shopping Guide 2016: What to get your peers this time of year.



Your Best Friend:


Beer! Tip: Do some research! Introduce your friend to a new beer. (Your new favorite beer.) It always keeps your best friend as your best friend. Drink it with them. It will go from laughing, to singing, to talking about how you should have gone pro, to one of you throwing up and taking care of the other.



Your Boss:


Send them a note saying you are having a well dug in a third world country in their name. The catch? Don’t actually do it. They will think your weird but they will never suspect that you want their job.



Ex Girlfriend:


Send a note that says “Thank you for your absence. I continue to smile!” Be sure to send a picture of you smiling. Maybe with your new girl.


If this is a girl that you still want to bang, don’t send a picture. Send a pack of different flavor condoms with a note that says “Your choice!”.



Secret Santa at Work:


You know all those gifts you get from family or friends that you don’t want? The ones that most likely end up in your closet or in storage?.. Well, here’s the chance to pay it forward. Give your co-worker that gummy worm – filled animal head you don’t want.

Perfect Body


As a man, you have to have a the perfect body type. A great body Don’t have one yet? Work on it That’s one surefire way to get respect.


But besides the respect aspect, a great body has to be able to perform to take on the any challenge life throws your way. And I’m not just talking about fighting.


A great body have 3 things. Endurance, Strength, and Flexibility. Make sure your workouts include a healthy dose of each of these to guarantee results.


The Perfect Body Type




Long Distance Runner


If you only focus on endurance, you will have the body of a sprinter or long distance runner. You need to have endurance so you don’t get tired doing anything. Whether it’s working a physical job, playing with your kids, going on hikes, or just living life in general; you need to have endurance.


Workout: Run, treadmill, walk, swim, ride a bike, play basketball or any other sport, whatever you choose just make sure you are constantly moving at a higher heart rate than normal for an extended period of time in order to get cardio exercise. Not only does this help your endurance but it will help keep your heart healthy and help you lose weight.






If you only focus on strength, you will have the body of a bodybuilder. As a man you need to be strong. You must be able to defend yourself and your family in any situation. And you must be able to physically do things like moving heavy objects, or opening a jar for your woman.


Workout: No question about it you have to work out with weights. Don’t waste your time on assisted machines. Be a man and work out with weights. Not strong enough yet? Oh well! Start with small weights and work your way up. Don’t be ashamed for making gains. Work out with weights to build muscle and spike your metabolism. This will keep your body and your bones strong.






There’s no way around this! If you just work out your strength and endurance, you will most likely be as stiff as a board. Most men don’t work on their flexibility because they think it’s gay. They imagine things like yoga (which is totally effective by the way), which they think only women should do. However, having a kid I noticed that there are many things a kid can do that us as grown men should be able to do. We should be able to move freely. And the only way to do that is to work on our flexibility.


Workout: Im not going to pretend the be and expert on flexibility. I do yoga on occasion which really helps and I recommend. Other than that, make sure you stretch before and after your workouts. This improves your performance and reduces the risk of injury.


Want to take it a step further, I recently purchased a program from movement coach, and I must say WOW! I can definitely see results. Another great (albeit) more popular movement coach is Ido Portal.


Can’t afford a movement coach or their program, this workout by Victor Pride is also a great one. Check it out.


That being said, I’m working on having the perfect body type that incorporates all 3 of these aspects. Endurance, Strength, and Flexibility. I don’t want to look like a long distance runner (lacking stregnth and muscle definition), I don’t want to look like a bodybuilder (lacking endurance and flexibility), and I don’t just want to be flexible (like a woman).


Who has a perfect body? Fighters! Look at the sport of MMA. Most fighters have effective bodies. They are strong, can go a hard 5 rounds, and are flexible enough in their submission attempts.


I noticed their body types are fit. They have muscle definition. The have abs. They have big arms. The have big shoulders. They have big chests. They don’t have a big back. They don’t necessarily care about being big and buff. They want to be able to perform.


As a man, Perfection has to be the goal.

Positive Thinking


The Secret. The power of positive thinking. If you’ve ever read the book or seeing the movie, you will know what i’m talking about.


The Secret is loosely based on the book Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill; which I highly recommend. Every adult should read it. As a matter of fact it should be a requirement in all high schools.


But that’s neither here nor there.


The Secret focuses on the power of positive thinking. Thoughts become things is a mantra. Think positive thoughts and your will see positive results in your life.


It’s true!


It’s very easy to think positive. However, it’s even easier to be negative. It’s easy to talk yourself out of any challenge or risk in life; which is why most people never accomplish anything. If you’re scared or being negative about things, your can’t fake it. Negativity is always obvious. It shows up in your facial expressions, the way you talk, your posture, your tone of voice, and just how you carry yourself in general. If you don’t believe in yourself, believe me, the world will know.


This is the Opposite of The Secret!


Self doubt and negative thoughts are obvious because they have physical response. Whether you know it or not, you tense up. Your muscles get tense which screws with your coordination and timing. No matter how small, it’s noticeable.


What can you do to overcome negativity? Here are 2 solutions that helped me in my everyday life.


  1. Don’t Ignore Your Negative Thoughts. Respect Them!


Find out what is holding you back. Then put them in the background. DO NOT try to fight them. Don’t try to fake it. The more you fight your negative thoughts, the more they come back. So instead of trying to fight them or suppress them, just keep them as background noise. A great way to do this is to take out a piece of paper, write your negative thought, your issue, or your problem on it and put it away. Leave your problem on the paper. Take it out when you are ready to face it or throw it away if it’s something miniscule.


2. Call It Something Else


This is not faking it, this is making it something else. Instead of seeing things as challenges or problems, see them as opportunities. Don’t say to yourself “Uh Oh. I’m Nervous”. Instead say to yourself “I’m excited!” or “I’m psyched to get this done!” This doesn’t change the challenge, but it changes your perspective and your mindset. You go from Watch yourself to Let’s get it on. Then your adrenaline turns into positivity.



There you have it. The Secret! Stop being a Negative Nancy and focus on the positive.

A lot of men don’t know how to handle a breakup well. When you know you won’t get her back. Having been on both ends of a breakup a few times, as well helping a few friends deal with breakups, let me break down the next 6 months of your life after a long term breakup.


The day after


You are still emotional. This can be love, rage, or just flat out hate.


It’s normal to try to pick a fight with her, anyone at the bar, the wall, or with anyone really. You still have negative emotions which most likely turns into physical aggression.


Solution: Hit the gym. Lift heavy weights and do some cardio. This helps reduce anger, tension, and fatigue.


1 Week Later


You are still in that obsessive stage. You reminisce on all the things you used to do together and all the fun times you used to have. Every time you hang out with friends you think about her. The conversations shift towards her and ranges from good to hurt.


Solution: Take a road trip with a friend or join a sports league. As men, we don’t recover by talking about things, that just makes it worse. We recover by doing things with friends.



1 Month Later


By this point, if you have been trying to move on, you should be ok. You’ve deleted her as a contact from your phone, email, and social media. You should be as happy as if you were still in a relationship. Some men are still trying to cope though.


Solution: It’s not uncommon to pursue your ex at least once during this time. For me it mostly came during a drunk dial or drunk email. You will never feel worse than after contacting your ex. So what should you do? Write it down! Write it down and put it away. When you’re in the right state of mind after a day or so, read it and you will see how silly it is. Throw it out and move on.


6 Months Later


You finally accepted it. You know you accepted it when you realize you haven’t thought about her. It’s been at least a week or longer and you haven’t even realized that you haven’t thought about her. By this point, you have returned to your normal state or composure and stability.


It’s now time to dive back into dating. Take your time. Don’t rush it.


After more than my fair share of breakups and being heartbroken, knowing these things, I will never be heartbroken again.

Children can teach us many things. From being brutally honest about everything to not giving a fuck about anything.


Here are 6 lessons i learned from my son and my niece.


1.Eat breakfast


You will always have more energy to power through your day after eating a good breakfast. And you don’t always have to have a prize at the bottom of the box


2. Always tell the hard truth


Kids are brutally honest. As adults, sometimes we do not want to hurt people’s feelings. But you know what? It’s necessary. Don’t beat around the bush. Just be brutally honest. Granted my son is only 2 but he tells me what he likes and doesn’t like, when me or his mom are being ‘mean’, when he doesn’t want something, or when he’s just not happy.


3. Ask a lot of question


That’s how you learn things and figure things out.


4. Keep loyal friends


Childhood friends are usually the most loyal.


5. Just Jump In


My son is 2. I took him to the beach. He wanted to go in the water. When I took him, he didn’t dip his toes in to feel the temperature; he knew what he wanted to he just jumped in. So MEN; you want to do something?! Don’t test it, Just Do It!


6. Have Fun


They run, they jump, they lift things. Guess what? They don’t think of it as ‘working out’. They don’t think of it as ‘fitness’. They are just having fun.



We can learn a lot from kids. Heck even from our own childhood memories!

Every man has challenges in life. You can’t live life without having any negative experiences. Here are 3 Painful Failures or Life experiences that I think every man should have to go through, that helped shape me into a successful man.

Failing at a Job

This is a tricky one. I don’t think I have failed at any job. I have always done my best at any job I’ve had. Most of them have been sales. However there was one job I had selling insurance, for Fred Loya Insurance, that changed my perspective. From the moment I started, my goal was to become the manager of whatever office I was working at. Mainly for resume purposes. (Way before I thought about working for myself.) I always wanted to be the best. Well, I was the best. I was the best salesman in my office for months on end.


But I never got promoted.


New hires became managers before I even had the chance. Apparently the company thought I was a way better salesman than I would be manager. Can you believe that? Hindsight, I guess, 20/20, I could sell better than I could teach other people how to sell. I got sick of not being appreciated for what I could do that I decided to strike out on my own.


I failed in the corporate world! So I struck out to making my own corporation. My own empire.


Long Term Breakup


There’s no worse feeling than a broken heart. I don’t mean to sound like a woman. I was that guy. I was the guy who used to make fun of chick flicks. I would think that any man that lets a woman get him down was weak. I used to talk shit about those guys.


Then it happened to me!


I went through the stages of a breakup and I came out better for it. Now there is nothing that another human could do or say to me that will bring me down.


The most negative emotional thing a man could go through is a bad breakup. If you can get through that, you can get through anything.


Losing a Loved One


I’ve lost loved ones by choice and by unavoidable circumstances. Let me tell you, there’s no worse feeling than losing someone you love by unavoidable circumstances. When a loved on dies, especially someone who inspires you or you look up to, you feel inspired.


The key is to not lose that inspiration.


Write down what you are feeling in that moment. Write down what you always promised that person or what you set out to accomplish with that persons memory. Write it down and keep it with you at all times so you don’t lose inspiration.


It’s a double edged sword. Pain and Inspiration.


I’ve experienced these 3 things. And I attribute them to my success. Which is why I felt the need to share them with my fellow men.

Best Nuts to Eat


Any good diet or eating plan you come across has healthy carbs and fats in it. A great snack is Nuts but what are the best nuts to eat?


One of the most common is Almonds. They contain at least 7 grams of mono-saturated fat, and at least 3 grams of fiber (depending on the brand and processing). This is beneficial in that it helps reject heart disease.


There are many benefits to eating almonds. A simple google search will tell you that.


However as great as they are, they can get a little boring.Here are 4 other healthy alternatives that will help cure your hunger the way almonds do, at the same time curing your sweet tooth.

Walnuts – Walnuts are a great source of omega 3’s, which can help fight off depression.


Pistachios – There’s a plant cholesterol in pistachios called Phytosterols that helps reduce the bad cholesterol.


Pecans – Adding pecans in your life can help reduce cancer. Even different diseases. They have the most antioxidants of any other nuts.


Brazil Nuts – These nuts pack a lot of Selenium. This helps men fight inflammation and colon cancer. Not only that, they are delicious.


These nuts are all delicious. They are a good source of fiber, proteins, and healthy mono-saturated fats.


Remember to keep your servings to about one handful per day.




I stick to almonds because I eat for fuel, not comfort. But every now and then when I crave an alternative, I pick one of these 4.
